I'm Tara, 18.

I study full time at University of Wollongong doing a Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences.

I've developed a love for anything and everything to do with physical activity and living a healthy lifestyle. I have struggled with my fitness in the past, weighing 70kg in my past and feeling unhealthy, but today I weigh an amazing 61 kg and feel amazing.

I attend University 4 days a week, work at KFC & Woolworths and go to the gym 3-5 days a week.

Time: 41minutes

Tonight was freezing, I was so cold for about ten minutes until my muscles warmed up. Also, I was feeling my calves tonight, they were extremely tight.

edit: Yes I do stretch, warm up/cool down.
